Clybourn Professional Building redevelopment, designed as a new, mixed use, in-fill building, between existing redeveloped 80 year-old buildings, exemplifies new urban commercial revitalization. The building borders the sidewalk with large display windows, awnings, storefront lighting and planter boxes, creating a pedestrian friendly streetscape. The parking lot is designed in a courtyard style, screened along the sidewalk with brick planters and decorative metal fencing.

Sonoc Architects prepared neighborhood analysis drawings, site and building drawings and presentation documents for community and City Planned Development approval. Also, Sonoc prepared complete construction drawings and specifications as well as interior tenant build-out drawings.
